Scala Multimedia MM200
======================
There are certain differences between the current version of Scala
Multimedia MM200 and the manual. Some are menu enhancements, some are
additional features, and some features will be enhanced in forthcoming
maintenance releases of Scala Multimedia.
Make sure you return your User Registration Card to let us know who and
where you are, so we can supply you with maintenance releases at later
dates.
* The variable menu has a different look than in the manual, the new
look should give a better overview and should be easier to use.
* Crawltext is currently edited from the LINGO language. Se the LINGO
chapter under the TEXT function for more information on this.
* Out text transitions is also edited the same way.
* Keyboard based control is added to the Wipe menu - by pressing selected
keys you'll be able to finetune your wipes with settings such as easing,
damping, screen clearing etc, all depending on what settings each wipe
supports. This is the list:
d - Damping on/off
i - Ease in
o - Ease out
c - Clear screen
b - Backwards
* Se Utilities/AnimLab.doc for information on how to use the AnimLab utility
to optimize or convert your animations
* To operate the CDTV EX, boot a CDTV from Scala disk 1 in an external disk
drive. The CDTV player and the Amiga running Scala must be connected with a
null modem cable.
